Sony started offering the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to the Xperia Z3 family devices earlier this month, minus the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact for some reason. It’s only now that the smaller slate is getting it, to the dismay of owners.
Anyway, the gaming-oriented device (one of the first with PS4 remote play) gets over the air the software version number 23.5.A.0.570. It’s coming to both LTE models (SGP621 and SGP641), plus the WiFi only units (SGP 611, SGP612).
