Amazon Changes Fee Structure for Fulfilling Sellers’ Off-Amazon Orders

December 8, 2023

Amazon is raising fees for fulfilling sellers’ off-Amazon orders, called Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), and it is also modifying its size tiers. Current rates can be found on this page, and the new rates will take effect on February 5, 2024.

Amazon said that on average, MCF fees will increase by 3.5% across all delivery speed options. “This change is below the 5.9% average increase announced by other carriers,” it said.

For units with shipping weights less than 1 lb, MCF fees will remain unchanged or be slightly lower than current fees for standard speeds.
